KATA & KUMITE NATIONAL SQUAD/OPEN TRAINING SELECTIONS FOR SENIOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Selections for 19th Senior World Championships Japan, November 2008
MINIMUM AGE TO TRAIN 14 YEARS
Cadets, Juniors & Seniors – Open Squad Training
10:30 – 11:00 Registration
11:00 – 12:30 Open Squad Training Kata and Kumite
12:30 _ 13:00 Lunch Break
13:00 – 14:00 Kata Selections (minimum age 16 yrs)
14:00 – 17:00 Kumite Selections (minimum age 18 yrs)
There will be a further training session on 3rd August 2008, again at Bisham Abbey. It is extremly important whether you are training or selecting to fill the form out correctly and fully. If only training you do not have to complete the passport section of the form. The licence section has to be filled in too. Please bring licences on the day if you are selecting.

Nearest motorway junction is the J7 on the M6.
The times of the classes will be from 8pm until 9.30pm, Wednesday evenings all are welcome to come and train
The first class will be held on Wednesday 9th January 2008, and every Wednesday after that until March.
