Chief Referee's Report - WKF Premier League Paris Open
This was the first opportunity for the referees from England to try the new WKF competition rules, and for some to get a feel for international events prior to taking exams later in the year.
The competitors were of a high standard from all over the world, competing over 2 days.
Saturday was a long day starting at 9am and finishing at 10.30 pm, and then 9am to 5pm on sunday, (and it was very cold in the stadium).
Myself and Steve were involved in 4 finals (2 each), and the rest of the team had semi finals and 3rd place fight-offs.
It was a very useful trip, which now we can implement this rules for the Nationals in April.
