10:30 -- 11:00 Registration
11:00 -- 13:00 Open and Squad Kata training
13:00 -- 13:15 Lunch Break
13:15 -- 17:30 Open and Squad Kata training

Fees - £10 - Training only
Return the Training form fully completed by Tuesday 23rd March 2010.

  Session 1 - A squad only
  FINAL SELECTION for junior european championships, team and individuals
  
• November 7th - Venue TBC
  Session 1 - open kata training
  Session 2 - open kata training
  Session 3 - selected kata athletes
  Assessment for 12, 13 year olds
  Assessment for veterans male 35+ /female 30+
  'A' squad assessment for athlete position in each category
  
• December 4th - Venue TBC
  Session 1 - selected squad for europeans
  Session 2 - selected squad for europeans
