I am delighted to be appointed as one of the Midland Regional Kumite Team Coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity to bridge club and grassroots karate into the National pathway. I look forward to working with the talent that we have in this country and supporing the Midlands Team and individuals to achieve their goals.

I hope that my knowledge and experience within sport, training, nutrition and recovery will add a valuable insight for our athletes to access. Performance longevity within karate begins at club level and I look forward to being involved in the creation of a formidable Regional Squad.
