EKF European Karate Championships Juniors, Cadets & U21 Zürich, Switzerland, February 6-8, 2015

Day 4 – First day of competition

What a great way to start a championships with the squad winning 2 silvers and a bronze. First medal of the day a Bronze was won by Aimee Sell U21 Kata who has medalled at all age groups in the Junior Europeans. This was followed with Kieran Nunkoo gaining a place in the final of the 16-17 yrs kata against Turkey and winning a superb silver. Lastly was Mitchell Thorpe a bronze medal winner from Portugal 2014 went one further to win a silver kumite medal in the -63kgs.
