Zen-Shin Martial Arts Association in Birmingham is a professional family run martial arts academy, established in 1980. We support physical, emotional and social development. Our mission is to make our students more successful in life through practice of their martial arts and to always influence them in a positive manner. To accomplish this, we must instill ‘Black Belt Excellence’ to set goals for self improvement and to develop the non-quitting spirit that is necessary to overcome obstacles and become successful in life.
