General Information

Further information regarding age groups attending people allowed into venue etc will be posted at a later date, when the Covid restrictions are clear.

Eligiblity for this training is 10 years + and 5th Kyu and above.

Elite athletes can train at these sessions for free. These details will be emailed to all Elite athletes prior to the event.
