Welcome to our Traditional Karate-do Wado-kai (TKW) club.  We are a Southampton-based martial arts and fitness centre, providing classes for toddlers, through to children and adults. We cater for the complete beginner right up to the elite athlete.

Some of our instructors are world-class athletes themselves, and all are experienced coaches, regularly coaching the world’s top karate athletes at competitions all over the globe.

We’re all passionate about passing our skills onto others. We teach traditional karate, sport karate and self-defence.
