England team open Boot Camp & England National Para training - 18th June 2023
Great England team open Boot camp weekend & national training well done to all those who attended and all the new faces who came to our open session.
The sessions over both days focused on continuing to build a team environment we covered kihon and development of new Katas over both sessions.
We focused on drilling Kihon and stances for some of the session and developed new katas and our performance for the rest of the session.
Well done everyone this weekend for your dedication and hard work in hot conditions and well done those that did both days see you next month for national squad training.
