Started karate at the age of 5. Selected to fight for England at the age of 16 and went on to win my first Under 21 European medal.

Multiple British and English Champion and part of the Lottery funded program.

Part the last Senior squad to win a Senior Team World Medal.

Decided to start my own club in 2016 in Coventry with Kaisho.

Passionate and supportive is how I describe my teaching style and I strive to get English karate back to where it was and further.
