To all those planning to enter this event.
The registrar is not available that weekend to write any last minute letters as happened at the Paris open, therefore you should contact the registrar ASAP with:
Name and address, name of your association, EKF licence number, issue date, expiry date.
You will require an EKF number, not an association number.
