Open Squad Training session

*New date added to the squad training 2022 calendar!

We are holding an Open Squad Training session on Sunday 18th December for Kata, kumite and Para.

Would you like the opportunity to come and train with the National Squad and meet and train with the athletes who have recently competed at the Cadet, Junior & U21 World Championships?

If you are aged 12 or above, 4th Kyu and above and have permission from your Association, then please register to come along and train with the National Squad.

Kumite registration for Youth & Cadet will begin at 8:30am. Training will take place from 9am until 11:30am

Kumite registration for Youth & Cadet will begin at 11am. Training will take place from 11:30am until 2pm

Kata registration will begin at 1pm and training will take place from 2pm until 5:30pm

Para registration will begin at 1:30pm and training will take place 2pm until 4pm
