To the WKF-EC
It's my pleasure to inform you that the resolution of the OAMI is final as the other party has not appealed before the Court of Luxembourg.
Now we will proceed to lift the suspension in the WKF procedure to register the brand WUKO in favour of the WKF, and from now on we are also in condition to summon anyone that may use the brand WUKO without WKF consent.
We will prepare a communication for all our National Federations
